• Detailed images and videos will be provided upon completion.
• Customer review and approval are required before shipping.
• Modifications are available upon request before final delivery.

Final Payment Terms:

• • The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment.
  • All shipping costs must be fully covered.
  • International shipping fees are charged separately.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee that all products sold in our store are new. In rare cases where received products are defective, damaged, or not as described, we protect our customers through our exchange, return, and warranty policies.

1. Return and Refund Period: 7 days from the date of receipt
2. Products NOT Eligible for Exchange or Return:

• Used products or items not in 100% original condition (fabric scratches, tears, stains, or items that have been washed or bleached)
• Modified products (hemmed, taken in/out, altered)
• Sale items-Display samples-Budget wedding dresses. Quality Assurance: All products are new, and photos/videos of items will be taken before shipping to ensure quality and design accuracy.
